Sweet Dreams is Fern & Lily’s special herbal extract blend focusing on a good nights sleep.
This blend is not only for deep sleep, but helps with overall relaxation as well as anxiety.
The addition of Piperine which acts as a bioavailability enhancer, helps increase the absorption of the herbs at a cellular level.
INGREDIENTS (Per capsule)
- 130mg Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root. 20:1 extract equivalent to 2600mg of dried valerian root
- 125mg Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata). 20:1 extract equivalent to 2500mg of dried Passionflower
- 120mg Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile). 20:1 extract equivalent to 2400mg of dried Chamomile flowers
- 120mg Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis). 20:1 extract equivalent to 2400mg of dried Lemon balm
- 5mg Piperine (piper nigrum extract 95%)
