HOW TO USE
Can be taken sublingually (under the tongue) by simply squeezing a dropper full under the tongue and swishing around your mouth for at least twenty seconds. Another way to add into your daily routine is to mix into your favorite drink.

Blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) 30X extract, vegetable glycerine.

There are no known overdoses from taking blue lotus extract tincture, and the plant isn’t toxic.
