PRECAUTIONS
Specific: Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present. Caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies.
General: We recommend that you consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner before using herbal products, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.

Raw herbs vs powders:
Although powders are easy to take, the therapeutic effects of herbs are unstable (due to higher light & oxygen exposure) and are likely to be lost in the process of creating powdered herbs.
For production of powders, some companies use harsh chemicals in the soaking solvent that can be unsafe for long term use.
Consuming the entire herb, you get its full spectrum of plant chemicals and active ingredients. All our botanical herbs are air dried to retain all of the plants vital ingredients.
